2.1 ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
Please note: Tan Lerida is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
2.2 TRACKING
All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery.
2.3 INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Tan Lerida is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
